SPARTAN WORKOUT TOUR The Spartan Workout Tour is a free workout designed to help participants prepare for the Spartan Race. These intensive workouts are inspired by the workouts that the ancient Spartans followed. They often include strength, cardio, flexibility and coordination exercises, as well as obstacles to test participants' skills. SGX certified coaches lead the workouts and help participants adapt to their fitness level. In addition to preparing participants for the race, the Spartan Workout Tour is also designed to help people improve their fitness and overall health by providing challenging physical activities and helping them connect with a community of like-minded people.
