What Is It
Collegiate Challenge — 01
42 New England Colleges.
One Race.
One Winner.
New England's fiercest college rivalry is leaving the stands. Schools compete head-to-head in a 5K obstacle course built inside Fenway Park—running the concourses, climbing the walls, and charging beneath the lights.
The college with the best combined finish times, biggest squad, and most community fundraising wins bragging rights—and takes home the inaugural Forge Trophy.

Greatest Good
Community Impact — 02Race. Raise. Impact.
Compete for More
Than a Trophy.
The Forge's Main Award isn't won on the course — it's won in the community. Every school fundraises for the same cause: the Spartan Kids Foundation, the official nonprofit arm of Spartan. Every dollar your campus raises counts toward the title.
No minimums, no entry fees on giving. Whether your campus raises a hundred dollars or a hundred thousand, the totals are public, live, and fiercely contested until race day.
To date, the foundation has reached more than 50,000 kids across 200+ schools and youth organizations — funding fitness grants, free race entries, and food programs where they're needed most.
